1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ModVC Humanizer, provided by ModVC. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the service and must provide an accurate email address that you own.
2. The Service
ModVC Humanizer provides assisted text rewriting using advanced language models to improve flow, rhythm, clarity, and voice. The service allows you to input text, configure stylistic levers, and receive rewritten variations.
AI-generated outputs can occasionally contain factual inaccuracies, unintended formatting changes, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated text before using, submitting, or publishing it.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Renewal
We offer subscription plans with the following limits and renewal schedules:
- Weekly Plan: $4.99/week, providing 25,000 words per weekly billing cycle, with a maximum limit of 2,000 words per single request.
- Monthly Plan: $12/month, providing 80,000 words per monthly billing cycle, with a maximum limit of 3,000 words per single request.
- Yearly Plan: $79/year, providing 80,000 words per month. The word allowance resets every month, and unused words do not roll over to subsequent months.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Plan > Manage billing.
4. Content Ownership and Privacy
You retain all rights, title, and intellectual property in the content you submit. We do not claim any ownership over your input text or the rewritten output.
We process your input text strictly in temporary server memory solely to generate the rewritten output. We do not store, log, or train models on your submitted text.
5. Acceptable Use and Academic/Professional Compliance
You agree not to use the service for:
- Any unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing purpose;
- Automated scraping, bulk submission via scripts, or reverse engineering;
- Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing account access with third parties;
- Attempting to bypass word limits, rate limits, or security controls.
Important Notice on AI Detectors and Academic Integrity:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all policies, honor codes, employer rules, academic institutional guidelines, and publisher requirements that apply to you.
We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any text processed by the service will bypass, evade, or achieve any specific score on any AI detector, plagiarism scanner, or algorithmic verification tool. We do not claim or market our outputs as "undetectable."
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ModVC provides the service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
In no event shall ModVC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or academic standing arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
